The dolmen of Frisari in Puglia in Southern Italy is not very spectacular. Much of it has been demolished and the little that remains lies in an enclosed and protected area. It is one of the five dolmens discovered in this region during the 20th century between Trani and Giovinazzo on the Adriatic coast. This one was discovered by a farmer who wanted to level his land. Other dolmens in the region are those of Paladini, Chianca, Albarosa and San Silvestri.
